User Service Agreement

• Shenzhen YUDO SMART Technology Co.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Yudo Smart") hereby reminds you to carefully read and fully understand this "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their legal guardians. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register or use the AIDOVID application (hereinafter referred to as "the app") service. By entering the registration process and checking "I have read and agree to the User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy," you will be deemed to have accepted this agreement and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.
• This "Agreement" is an agreement between the user and Yudo Smart regarding the user's download, installation, use of the AIDOVID application and related services. The content of this agreement also includes related agreements, business rules, policies, notices, etc., which Yudo Smart has already published or may continuously publish in the future regarding the use of the application. Once the aforementioned content is officially published, it becomes an integral part of this agreement and has the same legal effect as this agreement.
• 1. Application Functions
• This application provides support for "hardware devices" to ensure the normal use of "hardware devices" and introduces new functions at any time according to user needs. Moreover, it provides a convenient entry point for wireless network access on mobile device. It features real-time viewing, two-way voice conversation, alarm notifications, cloud service (an optional value-added service, please read the specific service terms or usage rules carefully before using it), camera sharing, and other functions.
• 2. Use
• 2.1 Account
• If you wish to use this application, you need to register an AIDOVID account and provide relevant personal information on the registration page. You must promise and guarantee:
• 2.1.1 All registration information you submit must be true and accurate;
• 2.1.2 Your use of Yudo Smart's smart cameras is legal;
• 2.1.3 You can terminate the use of your account at any time according to the AIDOVID account usage instructions. This application will retain or terminate your account in accordance with Article 6 of this agreement. You must promise to keep your login information confidential, not to be obtained and used by others, and be responsible for all actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use that may violate the law. We are not liable for any losses you may incur due to your failure to comply with the above requirements.
• 3. End User License Agreement

• In accordance with the provisions of this agreement, this application will grant you the following non-transferable, non-exclusive licenses:

• 3.2 Restrictive Clauses
• Your authorization under this agreement will be subject to the following restrictions:
• 3.2.1 You are not allowed to authorize, distribute, or use this application for any commercial purposes in any form;
• 3.2.2 Unless expressly provided by law, you are not allowed to modify, translate, adapt, merge, exploit, decompile, transform, or reverse engineer any part of this application or its derivative products;
• 3.2.3 You are not allowed to use tthis application with the purpose of creating similar or competing services;
• 3.2.4 Apart from the scope explicitly authorized in Section 3.1, this application does not expressly or impliedly authorize any other use or exploitation.
• 3.3 Ownership Rights
• 3.3.1 Yudo Smart grants you the right to use and download this application;
• 3.3.2 Yudo Smart (and its "licensor") owns all related intellectual property rights and other interests about this application.
• 3.4 Fees
• You are responsible for purchasing this application, as well as any communication fees, information fees, and other related charges incurred by personal internet usage or third parties (including but not limited to telecommunications or mobile communication providers). In the case of value-added telecommunications services, it is advisable to confirm related fee issues with the value-added service provider.
• 3.5 You agree that any updated versions or future versions, updates, or other changes to this application will be subject to this agreement.
• 4. User Content
• 4.1 User Content
• 4.1.1 User Content refers to all content (such as images, videos, audio, text information, data, or any other content) generated by the user when posting or using this application in other ways.
• 4.1.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you will bear the risk of identification for yourself or any third party due to the disclosure of your User Content.
• 4.1.3 You have agreed that your User Content is subject to the restrictions in Article 5.
• 4.2 Feedback
• 4.2.1 Any suggestions (or "feedback") you provide to Yudo Smart are deemed as your irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free global license to Yudo Smart, allowing Yudo Smart to use this feedback and related information in any reasonable manner. You also promise and warrant that your feedback does not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of others, and such feedback is non-confidential and non-proprietary.
• 4.2.2 You have agreed not to provide Yudo Smart with any information that you consider confidential or proprietary.
• 5. Limitation of Rights
• 5.1 You have agreed that in the process of using this application and its related services, you will bear all legal responsibilities arising from the following actions:
• 5.1.1 Violating the fundamental principles established in the constitution;
• 5.1.2 Endangering national security or disclosing state secrets;
• 5.1.3 Violating public order or good customs;
• 5.1.4 Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or incitement to crime content;

• 5.1.6 Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
• 5.2 You have agreed not to engage in the following activities by this application:
• 5.2.1 Publishing or sharing application containing computer viruses, worms, malicious code, intentional damage, or alteration of computer systems or data;
• 5.2.2 Collecting information or data of other users, such as email addresses, without authorization;
• 5.2.3 Maliciously using this application in an automated manner, causing excessive burden on servers or interfering with or damaging website servers and network connections in other ways;
• 5.2.4 Attempting to access server data or communication data of this application without authorization;

• 6. Amendment and Termination
• 6.1 Amendment
• 6.1.1 This agreement is subject to change at any time. If there are any substantial changes to this agreement, we will notify you through announcements or messages in this application. Continuing to use this application after the changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms of this agreement.
• 6.1.2 Yudo Smart reserves the right to modify, retain, or shut down any services of this application at any time without notice.
• 6.1.3 You have agreed that Yudo Smart shall not be liable to you or any third party for modifying, retaining, or shutting down any services of this application.
• 6.2 Termination
• 6.2.1 This agreement takes effect from the date you accept it and remains valid throughout your use of this application, until terminated in accordance with this agreement;
• 6.2.2 Despite the above provisions, if your use of this application predates your acceptance of this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that this agreement takes effect when you first use it, unless the agreement terminates in advance;
• 6.2.3 We may (1) reserve the right for you to use this application or your account on our website in accordance with the law; (2) terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice, if we have a good faith belief that you have violated our acceptable use policy or other provisions of this agreement;
• 6.2.4 Notwithstanding the above, if a user infringes on the intellectual property rights of a third party and Yudo Smart receives notice from the intellectual property owner or their agent, Yudo Smart reserves the right to terminate this agreement;
• 6.2.5 Once this agreement is terminated, your right to use this application will cease. You should be aware that the termination of your application services means that your User Content will be deleted from our database. Yudo Smart shall not be liable for any consequences of terminating this agreement, including terminating your user account and deleting your User Content.
• 7. Third Parties
• 7.1 You are aware of or agree that some of our services are obtained based on third-party technological support. For example, Apple's iOS, Google's Android system, etc. You understand that this agreement is between you and Yudo Smart, not between you and the aforementioned third parties. You agree to comply with and accept the conditions under which Yudo Smart restricts your use of this application service
• 7.2 Third-Party Information and Services
• 7.2.1 This application contains some information and services from third parties. Yudo Smart does not control or take responsibility for third-party information and services, nor does it have the obligation to check, monitor, or supervise their content.
• 7.2.2 Yudo Smart provides such information and services from third parties for your convenience or to meet the needs of third parties.
• 7.2.3 You are responsible for the legal risks associated with your use of third-party information and services.
• 7.2.4 When you visit, browse third-party information, and use third-party services, the terms and policies of the third party apply.
• 7.3 Other Users
• 7.3.1 This application contains User Content provided by other users. It does not control or take legal responsibility for User Content. Yudo Smart does not have the obligation to check, monitor, review, approve, commit, or guarantee User Content. You must bear legal responsibility for using User Content and the risks associated with interacting with other users.

• 8. Indemnification

• 8.1.3 Your violation of this agreement.

• 8.4 Yudo Smart will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such litigation, legal actions, or proceedings.
• 8.5 In any event, this application shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from this agreement for you or any third party. The risk of damage to computer systems or mobile communication device databases resulting from visiting or using this application will be borne by you personally.
• 9. Disclaimers
• 9.1 Yudo Smart and this application shall not bear any legal responsibility in the following circumstances:
• 9.1.1 Providing your personal information according to legal requirements or requests from relevant government departments;
• 9.1.2 Leakage of any personal information due to your improper use;
• 9.1.3 Interruptions in service, blockages, or failure to meet user requirements due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, illegal content information, harassment messages, government regulations, and any other reasons related to network, technology, communication lines, information security management measures, etc.;
• 9.1.4 Users' losses incurred due to the third parties such as telecommunication line failures, technical issues, network or computer malfunctions, system instability, and other losses caused by force majeure circumstances;
• 9.1.5 Risks arising from the potential existence of threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content in messages from anonymous or impersonating individuals while using this application;
• 9.1.6 Yudo Smart hereby declares that it does not guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of this application and its affiliated company services explicitly or implicitly and in any form.
• 10. Privacy Policy
• "The Privacy Policy" is an integral part of this Agreement. Protecting users' privacy is a fundamental policy of Yu. Yudo Smart Technology will strictly comply with the Privacy Policy published on this software and fulfill its obligations to protect users' personal information.
• 11. Notification
• 11.1 Users must provide their most frequently used and valid email address in their AIDOVID account. This application is not responsible for any risks arising from the inability to use the email address you provided or our inability to deliver notifications to you for any reason.
• 11.2 Both announcements published on this application and emails sent to you constitute timely and effective notifications to you.
• 12. Applicable Law
• 12.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• 12.2 In the event of a dispute between these two parties, they should seek an amicable resolution; if no agreement can be reached, the lawsuit should be filed in the court located in the jurisdiction of Shenzhen YUDO SMART Technology Co.,LTD..
• 13. Severability
• If any provision of this agreement is unable to be applied, the other provisions of this agreement will continue to apply, and the inapplicable provision will be modified to make it legally applicable.
• 14. Integrity
• 14.1 This agreement (including the Privacy Policy) constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and this application regarding matters related to the app, superseding and merging any prior discussions and agreements between the parties on such matters (including previous end-user licenses or authorizations, service terms, and privacy policies).
• 14.2 The headings of each provision are for convenience of reading and do not impose any legal or contractual obligations.
• 14.3 Without the written consent of Yudo Smart, you may not assign the rights and obligations specified in this agreement. Any attempt to transfer violating the above provision is invalid.
