3.2 Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any other companies, organizations, or individuals, except for the following circumstances:

1. As our business continues to develop, it is possible that our affiliated companies may undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or other similar transactions. If such transactions involve the transfer of your personal information, we will require the new holder of your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, we will require the company, organization, or individual to obtain your explicit authorization and consent.
2. Complying with legal regulations, legal procedures, mandatory requirements, or judicial decisions.

According to legal provisions, the sharing, transfer, and de-identification of personal information, ensuring that the data receiver cannot restore and re-identify the subject of personal information, does not constitute the external sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification and consent from you.

4. Your Rights to Manage Personal Information

4.1 Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can access and correct your personal information by visiting the account information section of the application, where you can inquire about and amend your account information, including account passwords, nicknames, etc.
4.2 Deleting Your Personal Information
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

1. We collected your personal information without your explicit consent.
2. We processed your personal information in violation of legal requirements.
3. We violated agreements regarding the use and processing of your personal information.
4. You have deactivated your account, uninstalled, or no longer use our products (or services).
5. We have ceased to provide services to you.

You can contact us to request the deletion of your personal information through the privacy policy provided. We will respond within 15 working days. After deleting your personal information from the server, we may not immediately delete corresponding data from backup systems, but we will delete this information when updating backup information.
4.3 Deactivating Your Personal Account
You can deactivate your account at any time using the account deactivation function in the application's account information. If you choose to deactivate your account, your account will become unusable, and related account information will be cleared. You will no longer be able to log in and use product features and services through the account.
After deactivating your account, except where legal requirements dictate that we retain relevant information, we will cease to provide corresponding products (or services) to you and will delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 working days.
